CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT REFUNDS


We know that sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. To make things easier to understand, our Cancellation and Deposit Refunds are explained below:


  • Within 7 Days of Payment: Full deposit refund minus £15 admin fee.

  • After 7 Days of Payment: You’ll lose your deposit minus a £30 admin fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the festival there’s no refund.

  • Medical Cancellations: If you cancel for medical reasons with a doctor’s note, you’ll get a full refund minus a £15 fee regardless of when you cancel.

  • Cooling-Off Period: You’ve got 7 days to cancel after paying unless it’s within 30 days of the festival.

  • Applications within 30 days of the festival: Sorry there is no cooling off period or refund this close to the festival, unless it is Medical Cancellation.

  • Appeals: If you don’t get your deposit back due to unsatisfactory performance, you can appeal in writing within 14 days after the festival.

  • Deposit Refund Processing: Once all your shifts are done, your refund will hit your account in about 10-14 working days. You’ll receive £85 back to the account you paid with.
